What a QR code menu is
A QR code menu replaces or supports the printed menu: guests scan the code on the table and see your menu on their phone. It saves reprinting when prices or dishes change, and it works for cafés, restaurants, bars, food trucks and hotels. The menu itself can be a web page or a PDF.
One code per table
Choose how many tables you have and we create a code for each, labeled “Table 1”, “Table 2” and so on, all pointing to the same menu. Because each has its own link, you can see which tables scan.

Use the address of your online menu, or upload a PDF we host for you. If your menu changes, edit the destination or replace the PDF: the printed codes stay the same.
Frequently asked questions
What size should the codes be?
At least 2.5 cm (1 in) wide on table cards. Print a proof and scan it before printing everything.
Can I style them with my brand colors?
Yes. Pick one of the styles when creating them, or restyle any code in your dashboard afterwards.
