Dynamic QR Code Generator
Print once, change the destination whenever you like, and see how many people scan.
How dynamic QR codes work
A dynamic code contains a short link on our server instead of your final address. When someone scans it, we record the scan and send them on to your destination. Because the code never changes, you can edit the destination later without reprinting.
What you can do with them
Change the destination at any time, with a history of every change. See scans over time, unique visitors, devices, operating systems and countries. Send iPhone and Android users to different app stores, or visitors from different countries to different pages. Split traffic between two versions to test which works better. Set a start date, an expiry date or a password, group codes in folders and campaigns, and add UTM parameters automatically.
The honest trade-off
A dynamic code depends on our service: if the service is unavailable, or your account or the code is removed, the code stops working. Static codes don't have that dependency, so use static for anything that must work forever and dynamic when you need control or numbers.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Dynamic codes are free during launch, with a limit on how many you can keep active. See the pricing page for the current limits.
Do I need an account?
Yes. An account is needed to edit destinations and see analytics. Static codes never need one.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add a hostname you own, prove ownership with a DNS record, and your codes can use it in place of ours.
